These are cakes which are only very lightly covered in an outer buttercream and show the cake coming through the buttercream. They can be decorated with fresh, artificial or fondant flowers, fruit or any other decoration of your choice.<\/div>\n

Finished with a thicker buttercream layer and decorated as you require.<\/div>\n

    Yes, cakes are expensive, so I want to explain to you what you are paying for.<\/p>\n

    Not only are you paying for the ingredients for the cake, materials (such as the cake board, box etc), electricity and water, but you are also paying for my expertise and experience to make the cake of your dreams and the expensive tools of the trade required to create magnificent cakes!<\/p>\n
